Meet The Artist
Hey there! My name is Amy Sylvester, and I'm a free-lance artist based in Lafayette, LA.
My goal is to create colorful pieces of art that are inspired by life’s most treasured moments. I draw inspiration from nature and its never-ending color palettes. I’m a sucker for retro florals and whimsical aesthetics. I enjoy working in many mediums, including: acrylic, watercolor, gouache, and digital media; but I'm always learning and trying new mediums!
I’m a foodie, dog-lover, true-crime junkie, and a natural night-owl with a coffee/caffeine dependence (even though I long to be a productive morning person). Creating has always been a part of my life, and it’s something that I cannot go long without doing.
I love connecting with new people, hearing their stories, and bringing their visions to life through my work.
